Hi
I really think that you need to care about people. I try and see how my business maybe able to solve someone else's problems or help them achieve their goals and dreams.
I think you need to be dedicated and have perseverance also need to be knowledgeable about your business and if there is a question that someone asks and you do not know the answer, tell them you will find out the answer and then get right back to them with the information.

Yes, Read this book called the Tripping Point in Leadership; its about 100 pages teaches you how to become a better leader. It explains how almost all people are apathetic which is a natural, human instinct, common to us all, that consistently encourages us to seek a comfort zone in which nothing ever changes. We all get into a comfort zone and this book reveals things that you flaws that you dont know about yourself which are so apparent to others. Become a leader and you can achieve anything. This book has helped me develope better leadership abilities and is a must read. It gives real life examples of CEO's that had flaws they didnt know about which were relevant to every employee and taught them what they were doing wrong.
Secrets:
We make 1000's of choices everyday. 1 choice is our attitude. We can choose to be positive or we can be negative. Work on making the choices everyday that are going to improve your situation instead of keep you where you are "in a comfort zone" Its the ones that take risks that succeed, but its not that risky if you make the right choices along the way, just risky to others who choose to be negative.
Dont let people tell you, you cant do it. If you have never read a book in your life, start reading a book every month- educational books about business or self motivating stuff. Knowledge is the key, and you will start seeing changes in building a prosperous business. |
