There are all kinds of businesses out there. The thing to do,is weed out the scams. My wife and I were like you, working hard, but still looking for our dreams. What I liked about your comments was your attitude to succeed and committment. That is all that is required for someone to succeed. Ability and willingness. With little or no capital, you need to focus on a service business where people pay you for your time. You probably can't afford to buy inventory (no retail or wholesale business) buy equipment ( no manufacturing business) or even invest in a facility. So, think about what kinds of things you do well that many other people either don't do very well (writing? painting? cooking? ) or that many people would rather not do (daycare, lawnmowing). An important thing to consider: are you looking for a business or a job? A job is just you working. A business has employees and customers and you make money by charging customers more than you pay your employees. How ambitious are you and how hard are you willing to work? |
