Being Italian or of Italian origin, I would think you would want to go into the food business.
There is a need for top quality Italian foods, whether it be their wonderful pastries, or their delicious bisquits, or their high quality provisions.
I see a need for them in areas of the country that aren't close enough to major cities.
On second thought, there exists many pizza places everywhere, but they don't seem to come up to the highest quality that I used to see in areas of New York City.
The trend is for natural products, and anyone who can provide healthier food products to the public at a reasonable price will be successful.
I don't trust many existing dining chains so I do my own food preparation and I find I'm healthier for it. |
