You can do anything you want; however, pay attention to the needs of consumers in your area of what they are buying and the profit potential. Sure, you want something that you enjoy but if there are no buyers you could lose out. More businesses fail in the first five years than succeed. Be an exception to the rule. Find out what's hot by talking to people like family, friends, but mainly potential customers. In my neighborhood, we sure could use a decent family restaurant but in other areas they are a dime a dozen. Follow your heart ... but use your head. |
