Use the "star format when answering interview question. Tell them about the Situation/Task , the Action taken, the end Result. Make sure you talk about how you love working with people. |

When I interviewed for my bank position, they gave me a test with scenarios on what i would do...the answers aren't obviously right or wrong....its also like a psychological test...they see your pattern of thinking from how you answer... |

I worked as a teller. Basically they will give you scenarios about disgruntled customers, how do handle cashing a check that does not look legit, or what to do with a check that comes through and it shows a stop payment. Just relax and answer with the truth and you will do fine. Good luck. |

I had an interview yesterday at a realstate office. she gave me scenerios like.....if a client walks in, the phone is ringing, and an agent is standing over your shoulder, what do you do first? use logic for a bank obviously the client is most important. make sure you listen to her expectations and such first if she talks about them before the questions...go off what she says.... |

Same questions with all interviews.Depends on the interviewer. Some will ask why you want the job or why do you think you would be best for the position you are choosing |

is this a sperm bank or a regular one?
at a sperm bank i think they'll ask you if you are good with your hands
if its a regular bank, they'll ask you how good you are at talking but not really ever giving an answer to the customers questions |

At some banks (not all, mind you) if you answer "no" to the question of having ever thought of robbing one, they'll refuse you the job. The reason is that everyone has thought about it for a few seconds or so. It's just that most of us are far too honest to actually do it. There are three initial reactions to hearing about a bank robbery on TV or in a movie. 1.) "My money was in that bank", 2.) "I hope nobody was hurt" and 3.) "I would've done it this way..." (insert insane scheme that would never work here.) |
