At 13 your best bet is a paper route. Especially if you know someone that will drive you to get it done fast/easy. I used to drive my little brother around on his route when he was 13, so he was able to take on a large route and make good money. |

The only types of jobs that I was able to do at 13 was babysitting and delivering papers. Most places will not hire minors until they are at least fifteen.
Good Luck finding something. |

I don't know how it is in Wyoming but in most states you have to be 15 before you can legally get a job. |

Check your school's main office, or talk to your counselor about getting a job. Or even check the local park. |

Best way to go about getting a job at that age, is finding an older friend who needs help at their business. |

Most states require you to be at least 15 years of age to apply for a job. Fast food restaurants in most states hire younger, and there's always the family business (if your mom or dad owns a business, such as a restaurant), you can work there at any age. There's babysitting, which is sometimes hard to get unless your parents are friends with the kids' parents. Other than that, there's volunteering in which you'll receive little (tips) to no money, but instead some major bonus points on your job application when you turn 15.
If none of these seem appealing, you'll have to stick with the yard work (for neighbors will get you extra dough) for the next couple years. |

Babysitting, dog walking, delivering papers, doing housework for elderly people, shoveling snow (in the winter). Some times small off the book businesses will hire younger teenagers.. like ice cream stores or pizza places. |

Odd jobs for neighbors. Mowing lawns, house work. Washing neighbors cars... or weeding their gardens. Various jobs around their homes, really. I don't think you can legally do much else. |
