They call 3 times a day, every day during the week and say nothing. I call it back and it says its out of service. WTF! And they call my cell so I can't block it.

you should be able to go to your cell phone company website, click on my billing information or something along them lines and there should be a place where you can do reverse trracking...enter the number and hit trace or something and it should be able to tell you the information on this number.

702 is Las Vegas, but that's all I could find. It's either a bill collector, or a scam of some sort.

Yeah, they call me too. Every day. It's a computer dialer. I have answered before and it said "hello..." in a computer voice, then it disconnected when I said hi. I think it's a malfunctioning dialer service.

whoever is calling is probably using a phone card. That's why the number shows like that. Whenevr i got long distance incoming on my cell phone I got this kinda number.
