Contact the seller immediately. Hopefully, the seller has a high rating and will be eager to resolve the problem. If you paid with PayPal, file a dispute with PayPal until it is resolved. Keep track of the dates because there is a limited window for resolution. If you paid with PayPal and you cannot resolve it with the seller, PayPal will attempt to pull the $4 from the seller's account. Also, file a dispute with eBay. Again, watch the dates. Hopefully, you've not posted any feedback and can use that as leverage. Good luck. |

If you paid through paypal you can file a Dispute report with them. There should be a link on the Paypal site. If not go to your MyEbay page and there should be a link there to report an item not recieved. Did you try to contact the seller? |

I dont know the in's and out's of this properly but if you havent recieved the item, you can claim the money back out of their account into yours without even notifying the seller. I think there is a limit of how many times you can do this. |

depends on how you paid and how long it has been. lodge a complaint with ebay, and if you paid through paypal do the same there. |

did you pay through pay pal or through a wire? ( western union) anything that is not pay pal or your credit card, can't be traced, and is a scam. Make sure that they are repitable. |

Report the item to Ebay as never received, report them to paypal as well. Try and call them if there is a number. Good Luck but they will most likely say it was lost in the mail or something lame like that. |
