No guarantees in any business, but national franchise restaurants have pretty good track record since they tell you how to run the business from A-Z (literally... for example, my friend has a Coldstone Cremery... the HQ tells him where + when to place product XYZ within the store and exactly at what time). Very brainless, which makes it boring, but less likely to fail b/c of it as well. |

The one that minimizes overhead. Of the legitimately good businesses, the ones that fail are the ones that don't control overhead. They run out of money before they become profitable. Failing sucks. Failing even though you are making money, sucks alot more. |

The small business that is least likely to fail is one that you start part time, while keeping your full time job. At least until your own business turns a profit.
You could try some of the programs below, they are all free to join.
* You can earn money by posting to paid forums. These are forums just like this one, where they pay you for each posting. (Both for your questions and answers.)
* You can get paid to review products and services. (You also get to try many of the products and services for free!)
* You can receive money for your opinions - by taking paid surveys.
* You can earn money back on your purchases. (If it's shopping you are already doing, why not get paid for it?)
* You can even earn money reading emails and playing online games!
* You can make money referring other people to these programs. (This is where the real money making potential lies! Even if the programs are not directly available in your country, you can still earn/make money by referring others. And remember all this costs you nothing!)
