I think there are many kind foe disloyalty. If the boss is making all the right decisions then there will be no reason for the employee to make fun of him/her. Also there many kind of "make fun off" such as the way they talk or gesture.
I despise disloyalty, and also stupidity. mostly stupidity, when a employee don't know half of the things you taught them, and when have the no idea of their place in the business. that is the worst kind! I worked in my fathers furniture shop for about 10 yrs, although i started as a child labor, i pretty much learned and managed everything the way I wanted. And when it come to hiring an employee, the new guy thinks he doesn't have to listen to me just because i am younger than he is. and many times he sit and watch me do all he work. and when i confront his lazy butt, he would give me the look like i was making him work. tats the kind of employee you don't want to have ever in your living life! |

i agree with you about disloyalty, for me its dishonesty as for should you sack someone thats making fun of you, make sure first they are not just laughing with you, some people don,t see having a bit of fun with there employer as a crime, but if you can prove they are just taking the piss because it amuses them then without a doubt sack them |

I think being dishonest is a biggie too..depending on the business being dishonest can translate to the customers as well,you don't want the public to get a bad vibe from the employees...word of mouth can make or break a small business..another trait I truly despise is a lousy work ethic |

I despise people that take credit for someone else's work. In management it is crucial to have loyal employees. If you have an employee that makes fun of you, you need to call that person in the office and ask them about it and explain insubordination to management seriously effects your team and you will not tolerate it anymore. |

I to despise disloyalty, I hate whiners like they want the job, want the job, want the job, then they get the jon and whine that they do to much or they dont like this person, or they dont get paid enough. If you agree to a salary and a job description then then do not waste perfectly good energy and get to work!
I know I sound like a sap, but I love my company and that me the best employee I can be. Proud of it! |
