First of all u have to sign a deal with a dealer who is gonna provide u all the material u need such as CDs, DVDs , etc...
U can also keep Greeting Cards , Chocolates , Books , to attract more customers...Try to keep the amount of products More in the Fiirst deal to let people browz throught the complete store...
One the deal is done...u need to find a Shop on rent...If u have ur own area..then its well n good....look for a shop is some crowded area..or well known area
Search some good interior designer who can design ur shop as u want ... n be inovative n totally different...
when every thing is done..give adds in news papers , make posters , banners , Inform on internet , make some communities , etc...
Get a PC for keeping records..
Workers will be needed ....
Then ur completely ready to rock n roll....
when done ..do inform me...

So you want to open a music store. Well first your going to at least need $30,000 to $50,000 to start it. Keep it small also so you know you can take care of it easier then start making it big. You'll also need a supplier, get a friend or hire someone who can supply you with cd's and whatever else you want in the store. You need a license and permit to run the place. Insurance will help and tax. Get some partners in on this to so they can take care of the place when your not there. You need to get some ad's all over the town/city about your place to get some customers. Also you need documents and files for store and send them to the Court for an agreement(I'm pretty sure you need to do that). More stuff but focus on that. |
