It might be a good option for bringing the two generations together in one product. I have a friend that sells Mia Bella Candles, and she loves that too. I sell candles for Mia Bella. I'm only doing it part time but still making good money. If tried other home businesses but none of them had products I really felt good about. Ebay is very easy. all u need is cheap computer, camera, printer. boxes are free from PO. u print all ship labels. regular mailman picks up stuff. u can sell just about anything. Research by checking completed auction sales. my 2nd junk drawer down made me $900.00. check all everything u will be amazed at the $ someone will pay u for what u consider junk. Put some items on auction check every few days sometimes u get 777 good luck |

Soap/Candle making business...you can go online to: about.com and they have instructions on how to make these items....good luck...or you all can start a cleaning service....either way, there is not much startup costs and both are easy to do. |

In researching hundreds of home business opportunities prior to leaving the workforce, I found very few that did not make me very nervous. The few people (3% or so) who make money, make it off of those who sign up and fail or from "get started for $ fees". Look for programs where the profit is not based on people just joining. I finally went with a company that was totally free. I get to make money while supporting a charitable organization. If this interests you at all, please contact me.....I do not make any money when you join for free. If not, I hope you find what you are looking for and that it is everything you imagined it to be. |

It would really depend on what you like doing. Do you like to sell a product like fruit Juice, vitamins etc. or do you want to deal in more of a service?
I have a home based business with a discount health benefits company, the company provides a service. I did not want to deal with inventory, products, weight loss pills, parties, etc. So you just have to know what you like to do and narrow it down from there.
To tell you a little bit about my business, we do no cold calling. We advertise the benefits, enroll people in what fits them and then the company takes over from there. Our income is residual so we get paid month after month for the same business that we signed up from day 1. That is really great!

Lots of suggestions being passed your way. Rather than spam you with some site, I would invite you to get a bit of education so that you can hopefully ferret out the wisest choice to begin with.
