I need several thousand dollars to go to Africa to stay at an orphanage for 3 weeks to take care of them. I need as much money as I can get! Pleaseeeeee give me ideas. And don't tell me about those sites where I do surveys, please. Is there some site where I can ask for donations? I have tried to post up ads about babysitting, but they didn't work. I don't know anybody with kids! :( I made a powerpoint presentation and I am sending it to relatives, but thats about it. I need your help!

Send your powerpoint to your local newspaper and ask them for help. They can help either by giving you some free publicity, or point you to local businesses that might be willing to help you.
Oh, and if you want to seek donations within the neighbourhood, then print out pamphlets stating out the reason why you need the $$ and see if anyone needs help with chores. You should get a pretty good response for this, especially with the older ppl.

Take your powerpoint presentation, check it for spelling errors and then send it to local businesses and corporations in your area. In fact, send it to BIG CORPORATIONS NOT in your area, and to people like Oprah, Bill Gates, etc.

You could put together a presentation to hand out to some business owners or corporations and ask for a sponsorship. Try selling stuff on Ebay depending on how long you have to come up with money. |

You could dogsit or housesit also. Maybe ask around some people around your community may have odd jobs at their home they need help with. Tell your parents to spread the word at their work. |

you can go outside of stores and write on a box "charity for homeless kids" then they wilol put money in it. and you can wash cars with friends or even babysit but try looking up jobs in the newspaper. you can probly get a loan and repay it but i think u have to be an adult. you can get your guardian to get a loan i guess. then u can work it back and give the money to ur parents... sounds good? |
