You may want to try Natasha's Leads (haven't tried them personally). The best leads I have found are the ones I generate myself through advertising and networking.

We need more info but I can tell you need to look for a "target rich environment"... fish where the fishing is good.
ie... if you target is for small children, then target mom's groups... most have a newsletter, and you can advertise there...
You get the idea.

Here's a little info on leads that you may find informative. Most leads are "incentivized" and generated over the internet. That means that those little links people click saying "win a free ipod" actually gets your name and info on a lead list. Then, when you buy the lead, the reception you get when you call is often suspect.
I have been coaching home business owners for almost a decade and just recently found a lead generation program that I'm not worried about referring to my clients.
These leads are never incentivized and are extremely fresh. My clients have had tremendous success with them and they continue to impress.
The only "inexpensive" leads you'll find are ones that have been sold over and over again.
A good lead is a bit more expensive but you don't need that many of them. I coach my clients to start with just 10 - 20 leads per week. We find they are closing about 1 in 4 which truly is extraordinary.
Feel free to review the lead website at http://www.uptome.ws or email me if you have any questions. I'd be glad to help out.
I recommend you promote your deal with the Business Opportunity Search Engine
Write an article and submit it. Being community driven it’s a cross between a search engine and a Wikipedia. You can add, delete and improve the results for much more focused answers than a general search engine can provide.

You will find everything you need at Leaders Club. I joined a couple months ago. I'm going through their 90 day training program and will start purchasing leads from them in the future.
Great company!
Check them out...
