If you are in the UK, try www.europeanwear.com
they have no mins and and supply discounts for bulks. I think they already deal with YE schemes so this should not be a problem. |

Hanes will usually sell you a large volume but if your only looking a dozen or so then don't bother because they normally don't sell to the public unless you are buying in large volume |

There are loads of manufacturers who will supply you with plain t shirts to print on. Try doing a web search or look in your local yellow pages. If you do a good deal, they will give you free ones in addition to the ones you buy.
Silk screening is the best method to apply an image or text to a t shirt. There are commercial 'machines' you can get which means you can print 4 at once, or you can just do one at a time. Make sure you put some newpaper or thick card under the top layer, to avoid the dye going through both layers. Also, don't make your image too complicated - nice, bold images or text and not more than two colours (as registration can be a problem) - I'd stick with one colour as it's simpler.
Good luck! |

silkscreen is the best way to print on t-shirts. your best bet is to take them to a print shop and have them do it. they will probably sell you the shirts too. you should look into it. |
