For arts and crafts? LIke for using on a wall or for using on an item? Wal-Mart has some goodies in their crafts department for all these things. Inexpensive, and if you buy the wrong thing, or it breaks, or you have a problem with what you bought, as long as you have your receipt, they will take it back! |

Depends what you want a picture of and what you want to use it for.
You can make them on your pc and print them out, text or images. You either cut them out yourself , or you can take the print to a photocopy shop and they'll print them on to a sheet of acetate (clear plastic) which you cut out. Use a craft knife on either a cutting board or a sheet of cardboard.
A laser printer that takes toner rather than ink might print on to acetate, but check the manual. Acetate might be too thick to pass through. You can buy sheets of acetate from art suppliers, its really cheap.
If you want something like the entire alphabet it'd be easier to buy a set of stencils. They do them in a range of sizes at office supply places like Staples or Partners. |
