it depends on your location, foot traffic, vehicle traffic, and the business you have in mind.. must be balanced and well-thought of. your capital would have to match the business you're planning to operate. |

I'd say India... all the way! cheap labour, cheap infrastructure, tax free zones, skilled manpower, weaker currency... you name it! especially if your investing in the Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) sector.
