You can create a blogger or google pages site without paying money. Google are giving you the web page for marketing your products in your website. Try that. It is very useful. And also if you paste advertisement of google in your web page, you can money. Try google it's the one which really pay you. |

Everything has a price. You can get free webspace but you have to tolerate someone else's ads being displayed because someone has to pay for it. There are low cost web providers that provide plenty of bandwith and storage that are all yours. |

Yes, you're referring to a domain.
If you want to choose your domain, then it's usually not free. You'll have to sign up with domain registration services such as Yahoo!, and pay a fee to register the domain.
Free domains are, well, free, but you have to add a .xxxxxxx. in between your website name you prefer.
Your choice!
