A small sum of money is different in US vs India.
So suggest you find a copy of 'What color is your parachute' and "48 days to work you love' read and understand both of them. Reason is if you love/like what you do then you will put up with ' bull manure' that comes with a business or industry.
If you go to an industry/business just for the money Then you will get cremated at some point.
What ever you do start small one bite at a time the same way you would eat an elephant, also find some who has done it to teach you how to do it. |

Depend upon your qualification,experience,interest.You can start a small catering oulet or from home,advertise in papers in which area you would like to cater,take advance orders a day before,prepare lunch,breakfast,dinner etc,have hot retainer vessels,hire transport and serve at offices and homes.engage cooks as and when the outfit grows,advertise in internet also.i think there is growind demand for cateres and provided you are able to satisfy about quality,punctuality,hygiene etc the business is bound to flourish |
