I think i prefer the latter. I love the little spiral "B" and it's more powerful from a brand perspective and fits with your product offering, but im unsure about the primary green, maybe you could take some cyan out which would brighten it (although i know you said you are unsure about the colours anyway).... I also think the font in the first one (digital sans?) is perhaps stronger - maybe switch the fonts around? You should also get your designer to consider how your logo will look in a portrait format (stacked) as there will be occasions where the current layout will not be practical (eg. skyscraper web banners).
Best of luck

#2 is more eye catching. Bolder easier to read.
#1 pales in comparison. |

I prefer the second one. #2 cuz it catches my attention first. Itz best to choose something that will catch people's attention immediately. |

I like number 2 . . . I think. There is some kind of maize there that is more prevalent as to what maizes are, etc. Thus, that co-coincides with the meaning of the word, LOGIC . . . |

I think the first one looks more new aged, the second one looks kinda old fashoned. I would go with the first one. |

I like no. 2 - eye catching spiral |

I like number 1. It catches my eye more, I think because the last word is the same color as part of the design. |

The bottom one - the other looks quite dated in a blocky 80's sort of way. The bottom one has more of a fluidity in its style. |

#2 is easier to read and is bolder. I like the simpler design of it.
I do like the design of the other logo but it is harder to read because of the lighter letters and the symbol is more complicate. |
