I hope you did not send anything to him. Sounds like bad news. Go to your help area and report him. The sale can probably be voided. He did not pay you, so what kind of sale is this?. The reason for paypal is to avoid a buyer like this. So beware.

Most likely, you can't without a negitive review even when do all the right things. My ONLY bad review was from a BAD ebay seller.

You really cant...i'm a huge ebay addict...buyer and seller....put in a complaint for a no-pay (theres a link somewhere on ebay....it takes like 10 days and they credit back your seller fees....Then you can relist or make a private offer to your next highest bidder.
