Yes they are very real and their are some really good companies out their I am a mom of 4 and have been working from home for a while. Its possible to find companies without fees or upfront charges.
I looked for a very long time before I found the company I'm with today I will tell you that it is a lot of work and it takes committment.

Personally I have been a member of these websites, along with thousands of other satisfied users, for approximately 1.5 years now and have earned well over $8600 by working in my spare time. This web site has been great to me, also the members and administrator are very friendly, and are always there to help you with a question or problem you may be having. So far, I've listed only positives about this site, because I can't think of a single negative thing about it. Earn money in your spare time, at no cost to you...Easy as that!

Whether or not you take a look at the website as listed in my profile, you should remember that it's important to research and evaluate each opportunity in order to choose wisely. In order to assess if a company is legit: check with the Better Business Bureau to see what their reputation is like, check to see how long the business has been around, and make sure there is a product involved (if not, it’s likely a pyramid scheme). Be wary of those that ask for money upfront!
Of the companies that appear to be legitimate, look to see what kind of training and ongoing support they'll offer you, as that can be a crucial point to your success.
Once you're satisfied that everything is above board - go for it! Remember though, businesses do take time to build, so be patient with yourself.

There is a great business that you can absolutely do from home. The Feds have paved the way for individuals to profit from the mortgage mess that major banks find themselves in. This is not a program or some sponsoring thingy.
It is a simple 4 step process:
1. Establish a relationship with a Title co and have them get you a list of local Notice Of Defaults
2. Contact them and let them know that you can help them save their home from foreclosure.
3. Submit specific information (I can help you with that part) to the banks
4. Collect a check from the bank. (They would rather pay you $2,500 than loose $250,000 if they have to foreclose)
You don't need a real estate licence to do this. All you need is a computer and a phone line.
You can realistically make an extra $3-5K per month part time and a lot more full time. There are 133,000 NODs being filed per month across the country. There is no limit to what you can earn if you are organized and can follow direction.
