What kind of sites are you looking at? Home Business Opportunities do require fees as you are starting up your own business. You can't start up a Dunkin Donuts without buying the franchise or donuts....same with a home business. Now if you are looking at Online Jobs and they are requiring fees, those are scams. Online Jobs do NOT require startup fees of any kind. Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com are two places to find legitimate online work. Usually they are data entry, medical transcription (this requires extra education) and telemarketing.

They are just scammer I have come to the conclusion if you want or in my case (sick wife and babies to care for) need to work from home then you need to set up your own business.. I don't think i'll ever work for anyone again to be honest. It's all a con really you make them far more than they pay you.. |

I agree - it doesn't make sense. It should always be free to look at all the ins and outs of a company - it shows integrity.
There are many legitimate home-based business opportunities – and many that are extremely successful - but you must research and evaluate each opportunity in order to choose wisely.
In order to assess if they are legit: check with the Better Business Bureau to see what their reputation is like, check to see how long the business has been around, and of course, be wary of those that ask for money upfront!
Of the companies that appear to be legitimate, look to see what kind of training and ongoing support they'll offer you, as that can be a crucial point to your success.

I am finally happy working online from home (through my own home-based business that is linked to a reputable long-standing company) earning money and tax write-offs. www.thirtydaychallenge.com is just going into pre-launch for this years challenge.
Now in it's fourth year, it's run by a bunch of genuine Internet multi millionaires. Recently they celebrated the 12th person who credits them with their success achieving millionaire status. OK so it's dollars we are talking about, but still a very nice chunk of change.
The training is step by step, uses all free tools and services, and is all about creating your product and earning your first $10 within 30 days.
The pre-launch is all about familiarising yourself with all the tools and systems that you are going to use.
Their system is proven, and updates every year. These guys are cutting edge, and great fun to work with.
You will have to outlay for a domain name which will cost you less than $10 and hosting which you can get for under $10 a month. They will show you all the shortcuts, and if you can afford to lay out a bit they will guide you with outsourcing as well.
Depends on what you want as to how much you make. Using their system you can easily get to a couple of grand a month with only an hour or so maintenance a day.
Obviously the more you want to make the more you need to work, but if you reckon 80 hours to set up a site then 10minutes a day to look after it you are about right.
The problem of course comes when you get to the point where you can comfortably afford to pay your bills and have a few luxuries while only working about 10 hours a week.
Then it really does take a lot of motivation to do that wee bit extra to actually get rich! All that free time can get very addictive....... |
