I would just keep doing your best and eventually your manager will see that. Don't complain about it, use it to your advantage. |

Well, office can get frantic during the week. I work in an office and I struggle with getting my filing done.
With all respect, your just temporary help. The office doesn't focus around you. You're there on the weekend to make it better for the full-time employees. Look at your job that way. Do what is asked of you without complaining. If you don't like it, go find a job you'll like more.
You're weekend help. It's not all about you! |

Just post a sign that says, "Don't forget to file!"
This will be an extra reminder...
I had some roommates in college who did not do their dishes and they just piled up. Same thing.. we talked about it as an apartment and agreed we should clean our dishes... but a week later the dishes piled up again. One of my clean roommates got so frustrated that she posted a sign that said, "Don't forget to clean your dishes!" That sign actually worked. We didn't have a problem anymore.
