no, i dont think it's a good idea. first you have to be 18 years old to have an account.
second, people dont know that ebay is more than just buying and selling. i've been doing it for years, and not many people know all the rules. selling on ebay isn't something you just do on a whim without reading up on it first. a lot of people dont realize there is more involved.
are your parents planning on having a garage sale this year? why dont you ask them if they can and then you can put your things out too. maybe a family member is having one, i'm sure they wouldn't mind you selling your items there.
if you're really sure you still want to sell on ebay, there may be some local stores that are in business just to sell other people's things on ebay. there are a few by me. check it out and see if there are any by you. i dont believe there is an age limit for those, however they do take a cut of your profit. |

You need to be 18 yrs or older to get an account. Talk with your parents |

You're too young to have an eBay account, since it involves entering into legal contracts and you must be 18 to enter into a contract. But if you get all the information together (item description, photos, etc.) you can probably talk your parents into posting the ad for you. |

No, tell your parents and ask them to make the account. |

I think you are suppose to be 18 and older to be able to sell anything on ebay. I think you should talk to your parents about this and save alot of headaches. No I would not recommend a 14 yr. old to sell things on ebay. |

NO NO NO If your parents are willing to oversee ALL responses and have a credit card it might be ok. But you could be letting yourself become exposed to some freak or person looking for more than what you are selling! Many pedofiles and other such persons cruise these websites looking for young girls and boys to get to and harm.
Do yourself a favor and have a yard/garage sale or put an ad in your local Pennysaver or whatever free local paper is in your area. |

Sure! As long as she has the consent of her parents, she could make a good amount of $$$ for herself. |

You can't unless you register a debit or credit card when you open your account. also I think that you have to be 18 to have an ebay account.
Do a carboot sale or something like that. |

you may be able to. you would have to accept money orders as you could not get a paypal account unless you had a checking account.
learning to spell better would be helpful.:) |

go ahead. you might enjoy it. just borrow your parents account- just make sure you report to them whats going on in the account cause you are only borrowing their account. donald trumps dad was buying properties at age 14 too, he just had his mother sign the papers. |
