Think about the basic message you want to convey, and then put it down in writing. For example, what is your primary area of focus? You perform welding and fabrication, but what is your niche? Do you have references? Are you focused on offering best-in-class quality, or are you the cheapest in town? It may be a good idea to write down some bullet-point ideas about what is special about your business. Once you get the top 2-3 identified, work on getting the wording clean and clear, then put it down in your letter. For advertising, often times less is more. Don't get too wordy, focus on the key points and emphasize those opposed to putting too much detail.
Of course, remember to include key information like your company name, contact information and location.
