For small business management, you should use MYOB and not Access. MYOB is easier to use, and can be more productive too, even though you need to do a training course to master it. It is a great program for managing businesses, and much better than Microsoft Access.

There is no way to explain Microsoft Access in this forum. Find a local community college that teaches this course or find a training center that offers the course. It is far to complicated to provide a quick answer.
