That seems to be a mystery, at this time. I'm on SS also and my soc ends with 23. The payments for this number were to be made no later than may 9th. I've gone to irs.gov , where's my rebate?, typed in the information requested and all i get is no information available on this account! I'm wondering if it's just a bunch of bull sh!t. |

Did you file a 2007 Tax Return? If you didn't, you won't get it. |

It depends on the last 2 digits of your social security number, and if you get your refund direct deposit or a paper check. If you had to pay in, or didn't have to file, but did to get the stimulus payment, then it will come by check.

it depends on the last 2 digits of your social securtiy number if you have it direct deposit or mailed.
direct deposit should end this month and then the paper checks start.
go to this website irs.gov and you will see the list dates for direct deposit and mailed and what dates and what numbers they are doing
also not everyone is going to get one. |

If you did not provide your bank account information on your tax return, you will get by papaer check.
Also in the first lot only those whose return was processed by April 15, 2008 are getting the rebate.
Go to www.irs.gov. Click Where is my Refund? Then click Status of my Stimulus Rebate. or #01-866-234-2942
