Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, they can provide you with transcripts of your return and W2 information and have it mailed to you in 7 to 10 days, or by fax if you have access to a fax machine. If you need an actual photo copy of the return you would need to complete form 4506 and send that along with a check for 39.00 to the service center where you filed, it will take 60 days to process your request |

find an old pay stub and recompute your pay and withholding. If you get paid every 2 weeks, you multiply by 26, etc. File the return without the w-2. |

The IRS has copies of all w-2's ever turned in by companies, businesses, etc. So call the closest IRS and talk to someone there. They can probably help guide you in the direction you need to go..Good Luck! |

It's against the law ,for your employee to deny you whats yours ,he can make you wait until last minute ,but we cannot keep it .

the irs can usually give you a copy, but if not, they can give you the data your employer gave them |

Call up The IRS and see if they were sent a copy. If they were not tell them you think your boss wasn't filing the proper paper work. The boss then gets an audit and could go to prison. |

If you haven't gotten hem by now, and your employer is giving you trouble over giving them to you, you need to call the IRS and file a complaint with them. It's the legal way, and they can't fight Uncle Sam. |
