I have found taxact.com is the same as turbo tax and tax cut but it costs nothing to use...
The process is the same on all of these sites but taxact charges nothing unless you upgrade, which they ask everytime you log on...just close the upgrade window and continue on...
I have a very complicated return and have found this site to do everything I need.
I don't like to pay anything to file my taxes and I think it's a big rip-off for e-file...just to get your return a week or two sooner for $15.
You can e-file with taxcut.com. but I would just mail it in and save the extra cost.
If you're worried about getting the money quicker, maybe ypu should raise your exemptions so not as much is withheld and you would have more money on each paycheck. The best return is one of $0. That means you didn't give the government a FREE loan for the year. |

I used turbotax.com and ive already gotten my state refund, i'm still waiting on my federal. Its simple and easy and if you dont have the money to pay for it, they take it from your fed return once you get it. Its very easy. Good luck. |
