Unbelievable!
I am from the U.S. Just got back from Edinburgh and London. Petrol prices, Hotel room prices are through the roof! Only decent pricing is public transportation, car rentals and food.
I feel sorry for my brothers in UK.

Sick of paying tax on everything, petrol, food, clothes, council tax, tax for watching TV, income tax.....the list is endless. We just let them take more and more money off us each month and nobody does anything about it.
So I left the country and am only paying income tax to the U.K. govt., and that will stop in January. You are welcome to one of the greediest country's in the world since the UK. has immigrants from other countries let them pay the tax too and not feed off the genuine tax payers of this once great country. |

Which really goes against the grain for me. I've done this in the past, stick up for justice, and I got made redundant, so the only way you can be is live within the system. |
