I was in the 1st deposit bracket #07...and had filed by direct deposit. According to the IRS website, I was supposed to get it on May 2, but on that day, the site was saying May 8 is when I'll receive mine. HUMPH!
EDIT
and it gets worse...i went to the site today, and NOW they're saying if you got a rapid refund, or had tax prep fees taken out of your refund, they'll send a check! Which means my plans are shot! Sure, I'll have money later this summer, but why didn't they tell us this stuff sooner so we don't get our hopes up? :( |
