Anyone still not recieved stimulus check from May 16th mailing date?
My hubbys last 2 are 07, the irs site says our check is scheduled to be mailed on 16 may 2008.
Today is Wednesday May 28th and still no check....????

Additional Details I filed my taxes in Feb. and recieved a refund, however I was lazy enough to take the easy payment route with H&R block and paid my fees with simple pay (where they deduct filing fees from your tax return and forward it onto you) I will never do that again!

I live in NJ and my last two digits are 07. My paper check was mailed on May 16th and I received it on that Monday the 19th. I think unfort. that you need to wait til June to call the IRS to check for status ;-(

My hubby's last 2 is 04 and our check was supposed to be mailed on May 16th also and we have yet to receive it. We live in Illinois. I tried calling the IRS today and it said that too many people were calling and to try back later. Thanks for the info from the IRS. I guess I should try and be patient but everyday when I see the mailman drive off I literally run to the mailbox.

Mine was suppose to be sent our May 9th. I haven't got it yet. I went to the IRS website and it says i will get my check on June 6th. It even gave the amount. All you need is your ss# and the # of exemptions on your tax return.

The last two digits of my SSN is 77.
I had my federal tax refund directly deposited in my bank account months ago.
I did NOT have my tax filing fees deducted from my refund nor did I apply for RAL.
My Stimulus check should have been deposited by May 16 (according to IRS website) but it's the 28th and nothing yet.
According to IRS website... We should allow 2 weeks from the date posted on their website. Also... there are news that about 1,500 to 15,000 stimulus payments were deposited or mailed to the wrong accounts. That's a comfort LOL!
They are presently working to remedy the situation whatever that means. I tried their 800 number but the wait is longer than what one will tolerate and besides... it said on the IRS website that the phone representatives won't have any more info than the "Where's my stimulus payment " link they have on the website where you put in your SSN , filing status , and number of dependents. When I filled in all my info... Viola... All I got was... specific info is not available. Big help that was.
So yeah.. This is definitely STIMULATING me. It's just not the kind of stimulating that I would rather have.

were 07 as well. We live in CT and were still waiting on our paper check. They tell us it was mailed the 16th I was waiting and waiting now I call the IRS every day and i will bug them till I get answers. I dont think its the post office either.

Haven't received mine yet, and it was from may 9th mailing date. I know of quite a few other people having similar issue.

Depends on if you filed a tax return, if you electronically filed it, and if you had a refund direct deposited to your bank account. Did you even get a refund?
