As with so many others are you sure that you are eligible? Did you read the rules? It is not an automatic payment to all and the amount is dependent upon what you paid in taxes |

The people I know who have been scheduled to get theirs already have gotten them according to the schedule.
A lot of people have thought they were getting direct deposit but for whatever reason aren't, so are assuming they'll get it earlier than they really are. For example, if you had a tax prep place do your return and had your fees taken out of your refund, you aren’t eligible for direct deposit. Check your bank statement from when the original refund came - if it says "US Treasury" you should be OK for direct deposit as long as that account is still open, and you didn’t split your refund into multiple accounts. Otherwise, you’ll get a paper check
When you say "supposed to" what are you looking at to say he was supposed to? Did you get a very recent letter telling you he would? The date on the letters is the MAIL date, so if you got a letter saying May 16, it should be in the mail and you should see it very soon. |

Are you having your rebate mailed or is it coming via direct deposit? It all depends on how you chose to recieve you tax return.
If you were supposed to get a rebate on the 16th, via DD, than I would call the IRS soon, but if it was supposed to be mailed, you're going to have to wait a while. There are millions of checks going out every week. That's why they ask you to wait ~2 weeks after the "mailing dates" that are posted on the IRS website.

Alot of different things are affecting the money that apparently are just being brought out since money started hitting accounts! Like if you had any kind of fee taken from your refund when you filed you will receive a paper check! |

well we were in the first group to get it and still haven't! We later found out we're getting the paper check, which "should" be here by may 23rd! We just recieved the 2nd letter from the IRS yesterday stating the amount we should recievce and the date to expect it. |

Did he have a direct deposit setup? Everyone I know that received their tax refunds by direct deposit has received their stimulus check. On the other hand, I know quite a few people who did not set up a direct deposit and still have not received their stimulus check. I heard that they are supposed to receive it this month, but the month is almost over.... |

Why would your husband get it? If you filed jointly, it would be direct deposit to your joint account or a paper check to your home address.
If you used H&R Block and got their cash card, it will be a paper check and those just srated hitting the mail. |
