Absolutely nothing, you have to have 2 years continuous service to qualify for redundancy pay.

By Law you have got to be working for them for 2 years (24 months) on a Full Time Basis. And then you would only get 1 week's wages for every full year.

Look at your contract.
If you don't have a contract then both you and your employer are breaking the law if you have been there for 14 months.
Generally, you'll only be looking at any sort of reasonable sum if you are laid off after working there for a LONG time. 14 months isn't a long time by anyone's standards.
They're not legally obliged to give you anything if you've been there for less than 24 months.
