You and the company were breaking the law so if you call the IRS they can tell you want to do to get straight. You can estimate your income and file a form C and SE to pay your taxes.

You earned income in 2008 so you have to file taxes even if you're simply entitled to a return. The fact that your employer used less than ethical employment practices does not relieve you of your obligation to pay taxes.

Yes you need to file your taxes with or without a W2 form.
But if you have someone that you were working for ask them to give you a form 1099.

DON'T USE ALL CAPS. IT IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING AND IS RUDE.

If you hadn't used all caps, your question would still be incoherent.

If you're getting paid cash "under the table" then you obviously haven't paid any taxes this year and will owe a lot of money, if you've been keeping track of how much you make. I would talk to a tax expert if you feel strongly about this. I would also demand that your employer pay you by check a.k.a. legally.

Yes, not only can you file a tax return, but you MUST file a tax return. Your employer should have been paying some tax money to the IRS for you. Since he did not, you will have to pay that money yourself.

If you don't know what forms to fill out or how to report your income, go to www.irs.gov and look for help. Here's where to start:

You must report all your income. This off the book income will be treated as self employed income. You will report your income and expenses on schedule C or C-EZ (Form 1040). This income is subject to SE tax at 15.3%. Read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/04/tax-filing-by-self-employed-sole.html

You can't use the E-Z form, but there are forms to declare your income and file your taxes.

As to what specific forms you need, you might want to go to the library or a tax-return center and check the documents.

If you file, and you have not had money withheld by your employer, than you owe taxes. Please file your tax return and pay your taxes so our government does not collapse. Taxes pay for things like roads, and armour plating for the hummers in Afghanistan.

No you cannot file taxes if you were paid off the book. That's called illegal, and you'll be in big trouble for doing it. Sucks for you, should have been paid ON the books.

You better file or you will get jailed for tax evasion.

Sure, if you want to prove to the government that you have tax liability. You aren't going to get a refund if they haven't taken withholding.

But it also might depend on what income bracket you are in and how much you made. You might be eligible for a refundable credit like the Earned Income Credit that could mean you could get money. You might want to look into the options

Many libraries and other public venues have days where you can talk to a tax professional for free. Maybe try to look up one of those dates.

This question makes almost no sense at all. Please post again using normal English grammar.

No, because you worked under the table, which means you didn't have any taxes taken out, and you worked without the knowledge of the government. That, in itself, is illegal. Besides that, you would not have enough information to even do your taxes without a W2.
