I recommend the HP12c financial calculator from Hewlitt Packard if you really want a calculator. However, I would recommend you getting Turbo Tax software to do your taxes. It will walk you through everything and you won't need a calculator, since it will calculate everything. I used to do taxes, and Turbo Tax is so much easier and time saving that doing it yourself.

I don't know of any calculator that does it for you but the link below details the personal allowance for this year and last, and all of the rates that are applicable.
Alternatively if you pay through your wages using PAYE and you think you've paid too much simply go into your local inland revenue office ask for a form, fill in the form and send off any necessary wage slips/p45/p60 and they will work it out for you and refund any amounts they owe you
