You are able to get Social Security withholding back but only if you have a multi-employer situation and your earned income from both surpasses the $97,500 limit.
So, essentially there is no way to get that money back in your situation. |

Your income tax is refundable. File a return.
Medicare and SS are not.
You'll have to wait untill you are old and need medical care. |

Medicare taxes are never returned.
Some social security taxes can be refunded if you made a very large amount (the minimum is over $80,000) and had more than one employer. |
