Yes !
File your taxes-- you're already looking over one shoulder, you don't want to have to look over both.
Failure to file, is a criminal offense, punishable by penalty or jail time.
The Fed's already have your address -- social security linked address. If they are not parked at your front door now, filing your taxes shouldn't bring them there.
Make life easier for yourself;
- file your taxes
- resolve your warrant (although if this would put you in the slammer for a long time, ... your call) |

If it's a federal warrant, it's possible they'd withhold your return. If it's state, I'm sure you'd get your money.
Not filing returns is a criminal offense. Don't add another warrant, just file them. Can't keep looking over your shoulder forever. |

You can and you should or else you may end up having two warrants. |

If you had enough income to be required to file, then you not only can but are required to file. The warrant for your arrest won't prevent you from getting a refund. If you owe money to the government for overdue taxes or defaulted student loans, or owe back child support, your refund could be grabbed and applied to those. |

I'm pretty sure you can, I have a warrant and I file every year. But then again it would depend on what the warrant is for. I have a Bench warrant for a different state, and its never bothered me from filing. |
