Can I get more in my stimulus check because I had twins in March?
I know the economic stimulus checks are based on 2007 tax returns, but I had twins in March which would mean $300 more per child. Is there anyway I could contact someone and get the extra money or does it have to be based on the status in 2007?

2007 tax returns. The IRS doesn't even know (has no record) you've had these new deductions yet. They do not have a crystal ball and thank God they don't. They will not be on anything for the irs till your 2008 return, as they were born in 2008.

It's based on 2007 returns, so no, if they weren't born until in 2008 you don't get extra stimulus money for them. But congratulations!
