Can a 17 year old work from home in the UK?

Jim
Cannot see any reason why not, but still there are not that many home working jobs in this country. Also employers may not allow home working until you have been employed by them for sometime. After all they will want to ensure you do actually do some work and not skive off.

Yes they can, I was 17 when I got a work from home web design job.

Providing you find the right place (or they find you) it can be very rewarding...especially working in your Pj's :P

Well, you won't make a living off of these but you can definitely get some extra cash in your spare time!

Try this one: http://www.clixsense.com/?2134684...

This one you can "view" 30 second ads and get paid .01 to $1.00 for every one. I usually open them and continue what I'm doing...just keeping the window open until the 30 seconds are over. You can easily earn $30 or $40 a month.

This one is called MyLot

It's basically the same thing as Yahoo answers but you get paid for every question and response you put down. It only updates once every 24 hours so don't worry if you don't see your totals going up after every post. I think it's a better format than here.

Depending on the job's duties and industry requirements (some jobs mandate a minimum age)...why not?

You need a work permit to work in the UK. I have looked this up and they are very strict on their policies. Check out the enclosed link and there different options you can find under this website, just scroll down and read it. To me its confusing but possible if you really want to work there.
