But it IS possible to claim all 3 of these at the same time.
My hubby does!!! and has done so for a year!
Very Legit and have been in constant contact with DWP.

Yes. You get DLA for being disabled and incapacity benefit for being unable to work. Income support tops up your income to a level determined by your circumstances. Some people are eligible for all three. |

Hi I work for benefits, you cannot get all 3 of these at the same time, you will get one disablility benefit depending of the extent of your disability this will be either DLA or incapacity benefit, if you get DLA and this is your only income then you will get income support to top this up.
If you claim incapacity benefit and you have no other income you can also claim income support to top this up.
You cannot claim Incapacty benefit and DLA it will be one or the other. |
