It depends on whether you're saying the rent was payable to P Gate or by P Gate. In either case, "for current year accounts" is unnecessary; it just confuses the statement. I would say simply: No rent was received for [or from] P Gate for the month of April-06.

It might be helpful if you would include the current year date to make it more explicit.. Current year can be at any time in the financial year April 06 to March 07. It is always wise to be factual with dates. eg Current year April 06 to August 06 if those are the dates in question.
