ok on the calculator put 123.95 then push X (times) button then put 8.25, then push % button thats the total tax(10.22), now press + button then press = button you'll see the total tax included price,which will be 134.17.

The tax will be $10.23 therefore making your total $134.18

Take 123.95 times 1.0825. That is you answer. Basic, grade school math there- nothing tricky about it!

Multiply 123.95 by .0825 - that is the tax amount (10.225875) round off to next penny - last digit is a 2, next a 5 which means round up to a 3. so your tax is 10.23. Add that to 123.95 and you have a total of $124.18. simple really! Just remember that the tax is a 'percentage' and you always use a decimal point in front of it (it's X amount of 100 if that helps?)
