Hey Ronnie....what I want to know is........if they were going to send the checks early....like on the 9th....has anyone received those, and when. I know they will be put in the mail tonight....we may get them Saturday or Monday. They sent us that letter probably Friday and we got it Monday. I am thinking it will be here Monday.
Mommyof3, did she have direct deposit or did she actually take the check out of the mailbox Monday?

My sister's social is in the 00-09 range and on the where's my stimulus tool it said her check would be mailed out May 9th. She got it Monday May 12th.
Amy W she actually took the check out of her mailbox Monday. Hope this helps! I'm patiently waiting for mine which isn't due till June.
I really don't know Ronnie all I can think of is she filed with a 1040ez. |

Actually they mail ours out from May9th - May16th. My last two is 01 and I haven't gotten mine either. I think mine is being mailed tomorrow (according to IRS website) |

I'm from New Jersey, last of SS# is 05, still no darn check.
IRS tool said check would be issued by may 16th and i received a letter stating i would have it BY may 16th.
I hope it comes soon! |

I lie in md and my ss number is 09 no money today. got a letter on sat saying by the 16th not mailed 16th. this sucks why if they are not going to mail until 16th just say that! |

I have to agree.. I think they sent the letters out Friday to those of us who got letters this week.. My ss is 04 and I received my letter Tues as well that I would receive it by 16th. As of checking the mail today.. still no check.. I really dont think they are really trying to say we will have them by the 16th but will be mailed by the 16th which means they will prob be mailed today or tomorrow and we will prob see them sat, monday or tuesday. and the next batch to be mailed will prob start receiving their letters next week meaning they mail letters this week and check next week.. So I think all the 00-09 will have them by Tuesday.. |

very low ss#....in wi...still no check. i got my notice on 5/10 saying that i should expect my check by 5/16/08.
but when i call the hotline...it says that my check is being mailed on the 16th. so do you believe the irs letter or the irs hotline. |

Well, iam in arizona and iam 07 and i got my notice letter mon. saying i would receive my check BY the 16th. and heres its the 16th. and NO check, I think the only thing they mailed out early is those dang notices!!! |

My ss is 09... live in Santa Rosa, CA. Nothin today...Hope its here tomorrow... I call the post office everyday to see if they have seen any in mail that are out for delivery and they haven't seen anything... starting to lose hope its coming tomm. I also got my letter Monday saying I should have by "16th" so much for getting one week early |

I'm in NC. My SS# ends in 01 . As of yesterday no check. Hopefully when I get the mail after work I will be happy!
Keep us posted when anyone receives theirs. COuld be agood weekend for us all. |

I'm 01 received the lying letter on monday, today the 16th no check in the mail...so i guess it was actually mailed today..If only they could have put that small piece of information in the letter. |

Wisconsin here ssn 00 website and hotline said it was sending it out may 16th. Got a letter 12th said it was gonna be here by the 16th. I did get my mail today and no cool suprises. Darn wanted to go to GA for the weekend! |
