But your as well phoning them - saves time.

Ive already got mine, you do get quite alot of time to return it but be careful as they will stop your payments if you don't return it. In regards to over payments, they are pretty good and will try to arrange for you to pay it back over a certain amount of time. |

I have just received mine, you should get yours shortly. Ihad to ring them a couple of days ago and there was a recorded message saying they will not take renewal info over the phone. So you will have to fill it out anyway! I'd also just like to say that it is not the fault of the staff it is actually the computer system that makes the mistakes. I know this bcoz I worked for HMRC (not Tax Credits) |
