Presumably your parents are supporting you and you are their dependent for tax purposes. If you only made $1200 over the year, you don't have to file taxes, but may with to do so to get back some of the withholding taken.

Regardless of whether or not your parents can claim you as a dependent you are way below the filing requirement amount either way. You'll get a refund of any Federal income taxes withheld, if any, but there is no other reason for you to file.

It depends - are they taking out social security and medicare from your paychecks? If they are, then no you don't have to file. If they aren't then yes you do.

You still need to file, though you will probably get money back.

its ether $700.00 or $7,000 just check with the I R S

Rick.. On A Steeeeek!!!
Easy rule to go by regarding taxes. If you paid them, you must file the statement with the IRS or be subject to an audit. Besides, by having such a low income, you'll probably get most if not all of it back.
