Dependents do not get a rebate. Additionally, if you make such good money, technically they might not be able to legally claim you as a dependent. |

No.
Dependents do not qualify regardless of age or income. |

DEPENDENTS AREN'T ELIGIBLE. Period. So no you don't qualify |

According to you and your parents, your making "good money" still wasn't enough to support yourself. If they supported you , you weren't entitled to the rebate. |

No. If you are claimed by your parents, you're not eligible. |

Nope - as soon as you said "claimed by", the answer is automatically "No", no matter what else. And since you are over 16, unfortunately your parents get no extra rebate for you either. Sorry. |

The easiest way to find out is to use the Economic Stimulus Payment Calculator
IRS.gov

Straight from the source, not a guess, not an opinion |

Unless you are a full time student (at least 5 months), or earned less than $3400 for 2007, it was illegal for your parents to claim you as a dependent. If you are a full time student, they would have to provide more than half of your support to claim you as a dependent (did they give you as much money as you made?). See IRS Publication 501.
In doing so they made you pay more taxes and snuffed your chances to get a stimulus check, even if you would have qualified. |

Not if your going to school and they clame you .As a dependent. But You might if you paid taxes. in your name.
The best way to tell would be to call the I R S . and ask them |
