no you need to be under the age of 17 as of dec 31 2007 and you will not get the rebate because you were claimed on your parents taxes

Sorry, but dependents don't qualify.
Your parents won't get the extra $300 for you because you're over 17.

ms_melaniac
If your parents claimed you as a dependant, whether you worked or not, you will NOT get a rebate. All you will get is a regular tax refund if you qualify for it from the taxes that you files. They too will not get a stimulus rebate of $300.00 for you unless you are under 17 .

No. Dependents don't qualify

Dan G
Unfortunately, I don't believe you do. Your parents will receive it for you since they claimed you as a dependant. I may be wrong, but I don't think I am. You can check it out though yourself, just go to irs.gov and go from there. You'll know in a matter of minutes!

Baby Doll 1908
