It is theoretically possible to have enough deductions and credits to refund all of your tax burden. It is extremely unlikely.
More likely you will get some money back, It depends on your deductions and sources of income. |

No, based on your income and the number of dependants you have, you will owe the IRS a sum of money. Any portion that you have payed out of your paycheck over that amount that you owe, will be returned to you. |

Ha Ha, thats funny. First time filing taxes? Federal tax alone is almost 25% of your salary. Lets say you make $30,000/year, do you honestly believe that you are getting back $7500? If you are single with no kids and not a home owner, you will be lucky to get back $400.
100% return....man thats a good one! |

If you are a minor and your parents can claim you also, you can file an ez form and get it all back if you did not make too much money. |

generally not. depends on your income level. it is typical for high school or college students to get full or almost full refunds if they only earn from an after school or summer type job at supermarket. Once you in adult world, if withholding is at proper levels, most people end up owing a little or getting some refund, depending on their situation, but hugely rare for anyone to get full refund unless extremely low paid job. |
